I'm looking forward to picking your brain for ideas about teaching graphic design to my tech class. I took the LINC class in graphic design and loved it and want to pass on more information to my students - I'd love any suggestions. Photography is also a passion, so I look forward to sharing ideas.

What kind of position are you looking for? I'd be happy to ask around here in my district (Santa Clara) if you like. Please send me a note at rh(at)nextvista.org. We can look at some project possibilities as well as teaching positions.
If you are still looking for a teaching position, contact Schafer Park at (510) 293-8520. I was talking with my Principal-Zarina Zanipatin-Genera this afternoon and she said that she was interviewing prospective teachers Friday 6/22. We are adding 5 positions. I had assumed that the positions would be filled by teachers coming from Glassbrook but apparently there are openings. Glassbrook is downsizing next year and will close after this coming school year. My guess is that the openings are either 4/5, 5, and 6. Good luck if you decide to try Schafer Park. It is a good school with a nice staff.
Hello there EWYL teachers for the 2007-2008 program! I'm excited that you are able to participate in our program and anxious to meet each of you in person. You will learn to use many tools during the institute, some of which we hope you will integrate into your teaching . For starters, we would like you to use Blogger as a way to introduce ourselves to each other before the institute starts. Please add a post of your own to this blog (click on "New Post" in the upper right) telling a bit about yourself, and be sure to add a picture. As more introductions are posted, please read a few and then add a comment to another person's introduction with whom you might share an interest. I'm sure that this will make it even more fun to meet in person on July 9th here at the KCI.
